  • Ganache is the name of the coberture used on cakes that are covered with chocolate. The ganache is made by mixing two main ingredients: chocolate and a heavy whipping cream. The amount of fat that the heavy cream has will allow you to cover your cake with the chocolate without getting extremely hard to eat.  The ganache course will teach you how to perfectly prepare and cover your cake with white chocolate ganache. This course includes the ganache recipe, a step by step guide with pictures, and the video guiding you through all the process. This technique is used in order to achieve the perfect edges on your cake. You can use it like “buttercream” or also depending on the ratio or amount of milk added to your chocolate you can use it for truffles, drips and more. 
  • Always remember that in order to achieve a clean and perfect outcome on your cake, the coberture will always be one of the most important steps. 
  • I suggest that before completing this course you buy the “pro froster”, acrylic bases and a spinning table. We have the acrylic discs available in our online shop.
